Come join this group where you’ll have the opportunity to meet other new moms, receive support and validation during this time, and education on topics related to motherhood and mental health. This is a space to be real about any challenges you are facing, and celebrate the small victories during this transition to motherhood.
These groups are ongoing. Dates are posted every month. We do ask that you make a donation when you register, but it’s not required to attend. Babies are welcome! Suggestions for group topics are welcome too!
